Founder - Josue Michel

KGFTech was founded in 2021 by Josue Michel, a cloud and systems engineer with over 15 years of experience designing, building, and managing enterprise technology environments.

Josue began his career as a helpdesk technician and progressed through nearly every layer of IT, developing a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of how systems function in real-world environments—from user-level challenges to complex infrastructure and cloud architecture.

He is a certified AWS partner and holds multiple industry certifications, including ITIL v4, CCNP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and AWS Machine Learning Engineer, with continued advancement toward AWS Solutions Architect Professional and AWS DevOps certifications. His work reflects a strong commitment to staying at the forefront of cloud and AI technologies.

Throughout his career, Josue has designed and deployed practical, real-world solutions that address operational challenges across a variety of environments. His experience spans AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, enabling organizations to build secure, scalable, and modern systems across multi-cloud ecosystems.

He brings extensive experience supporting nonprofits and public sector organizations, including the Vera Institute of Justice, NYC Department of Correction, NYC 311 (DoITT), and the NYC Department of Payroll Administration. This background provides deep insight into compliance, security, and the unique demands of mission-driven and government organizations.

With a background spanning cloud platforms, identity systems, networking, and machine learning integration, Josue brings a unique ability to bridge the gap between infrastructure and intelligence.
